1. About Egg Back Home
Egg Back Home is a Portuguese ceramics brand focused on handmade, small-batch production. All items are made in Portugal and shipped from either our U.S. warehouse or our EU warehouse, depending on customer location.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.
2. Products & Availability
Each item is handmade and may vary slightly in color, shape, or texture. These variations are not defects; they are part of the uniqueness of handmade ceramics.
We do our best to keep availability updated. If a product is out of stock or an error occurs, we may cancel or refund part or all of an order.
3. Prices & Changes
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated and added at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information, even after an order has been submitted. If this occurs, we will notify you and you may choose to continue or cancel the order.
4. Payments
We accept secure payments via credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. All payment details are encrypted and processed securely by third-party providers.
