Shipping Information (U.S.)

At Egg Back Home, all orders are carefully packed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Some items may ship directly from Portugal depending on availability. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.


Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or special launches, handling times may be slightly longer.
If any item is out of stock or requires extra time, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate.


Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • Standard (contiguous U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO: times may vary

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100


International Orders

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or it was not collected:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable (even if marked as “free”).

  • Any carrier return fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you would like the order re-shipped, new shipping charges will apply.


Damaged Deliveries

We pack our ceramics with care, but in rare cases breakage can occur.
If you receive a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eggbackhomeusa.com

  • Include photos of the damaged product(s), shipping box, and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund/store credit once the damage is verified.


Holiday Season & Peak Periods

During the holiday season or peak times, shipping and delivery may take longer. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
