Shipping policy

At Egg Back Home, all orders are carefully packed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Some items may ship directly from Portugal depending on availability. We work with trusted carriers and do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.


Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods or special launches, handling times may be slightly longer.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and give you the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.


Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • Standard (contiguous U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO: times may vary

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size.

  • Standard flat rate: $[X]

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $[threshold]


Orders Outside the U.S.

If you place an order with delivery outside the U.S., customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or it was not collected from a pickup point:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable (even if marked as “free”).

  • Any carrier return fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you want the order re-shipped, new shipping charges will apply.


Damaged Deliveries

We package our ceramics with care. Still, if you receive a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eggbackhomeusa.com

  • Include photos of the damaged item(s), shipping box, and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund/store credit once the damage is verified.


Holiday Season & Peak Periods

During holiday or peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
